event was a smashing success!
I haven't had so much fun in a long long time...
Everyone
had a blast! Two days of some pretty serious 4 wheeling!

We had a blast!
We had 50 vehicles for the first day of fun (Saturday) and 30 vehicles for Sundays fun.
We met at the area access building on the Ft. Hood Military base. We divided the first
days vehicles into 4 groups and took off to explore area 34 which is sometimes open for
civilians to enjoy recreational activities including offroad vehicles. |
  
Saturday was raining a bit but was still FUN! Here are a few

Ft. Hood Military Base is the largest military installation in the USA and has lots
of space open to offroading! Hills, Mud, Rocks, Creeks! And it's Legal!
Ft. Hood is located
About 90 miles north of Austin
About 170 miles north west of Houston
About 140 miles south of Dallas/Ft Worth

Unimogs! I had mine loaded on the trailer but at the last minute I decided the
trailer was way too small and left the Mog at home! Friday the 13th and all!

I know there were more than this! But unfortunatly my list for day 1 group 1 headed up by
Mike (Mad Cow) got half eaten by the big day 2 mud pit. I went through mud deeper than my
open windows and this one page of the participants was on top... I have a couple of pieces
and tried to get as many as I could on the list... Any one in that group that is not on
the above list please let me know! Sorry... Or did I forget anyone else??
